Build scripts that let an agent handle support tickets with your approval
Idea + starter prompt, not run by us yet
For: Software founders handling support, billing and refunds themselves
A Claude Code skill interviews you about your support tools, then writes TypeScript scripts for your ticket, billing and database APIs plus reply templates. Then the agent lists and sorts open tickets, suggests the most urgent, pulls billing and customer details and writes a suggested answer. Nothing goes out, gets refunded or gets closed until you say yes. For his product, the author has 15 scripts plus 6 templates.
Steps
- Let the skill interview you about your ticket, billing and database tools.
- Give it API keys through environment settings, not in the chat.
- Keep database access read-only.
- Approve every reply, refund and closure one by one.
- Plan 30 to 60 minutes for the first setup.
Starter prompt
Help me set up support scripts for [ticket tool], [billing tool] and [database]. First ask me questions about how I handle support. Then write scripts to list open tickets, read a ticket, look up the customer's billing details read-only, and draft a reply. Do not send replies, refund or close tickets without my explicit yes each time. Tell me where to store API keys safely. Do not ask me to paste them here.
