Put your strongest CRM accounts in order and prepare draft outreach each morning

Idea + starter prompt, not run by us yet

For: Sales reps who want a daily prioritised list and drafts ready before they start

In a demo, Codex's Sales plugin connected to a demo Salesforce account and put the top 10 prospects in order with plain reasons and colour coded priority. It built a 13 slide deck with a strategy and draft email for each account, and stored them as Gmail drafts. A task set for 8:03 each morning adds the next draft and refreshes the plan when the CRM changes. Emails stay as drafts.

Steps

  1. Connect Codex to a test or sandbox CRM first.
  2. Ask for the top accounts with a short reason for each placement.
  3. Have it build a plan with one strategy and one draft email per account.
  4. Keep emails as drafts only and send each one yourself.
  5. Add a morning task once you trust the output on test data.

Starter prompt

Starter prompt. Change the [brackets] first.

Using my CRM data from [CRM name, sandbox or test account first], rank my top [number] prospect accounts. For each, give a plain English reason and a priority level. Then build a short deck, giving each account its own slide covering what they need, the next step, and a draft email. Save emails as drafts only. Never send them. Show me the ordered list before you build the deck.
