Run a two-week meal cycle that ends in a grocery order you confirm

Idea + starter prompt, not run by us yet

For: Households who want planning, pantry tracking and ordering in one routine

The poster runs a two-week household meal cycle with Claude and a browser agent called Muse. Claude proposes the plan from family preferences and feedback on earlier meals. Once approved, it builds a Walmart grocery list, tops up low pantry staples and writes it into a Google Doc. Muse reads the doc and orders in a browser, and the poster confirms payment from a phone.

Steps

  1. Write a one-page note of your household's tastes, allergies and pantry staples.
  2. Ask Claude to draft a two-week plan and approve it before anything else happens.
  3. Have Claude write the grocery list into a shared doc, and check it against what is in your pantry.
  4. Let the ordering agent fill the basket but keep the pay step with you. The source does the same.
  5. After each meal, tell Claude how it went so the next plan improves.

Starter prompt

Starter prompt. Change the [brackets] first.

Trial first: plan only [3] days and write a test list into a document called [Grocery list TEST]. Do not touch my real list or doc.

Here is my household note: [tastes, allergies, who eats, budget per week, pantry staples I keep]. Draft a two-week dinner plan with a short reason for each meal, then wait for my approval. After I approve, make a grocery list grouped by aisle. Add pantry staples I tell you are running low: [list]. Write it into the document [Grocery list].

This job plans and writes a list. Stop and wait for my yes before anything is ordered. A finished list is not permission, so do not order anything. I will pass the list to the shopping step myself and pay myself. After the meals I will give you feedback for the next round.
