Save repeat prompts as skills for tickets and weekly channel reviews

Idea + starter prompt, not run by us yet

For: Creators and builders who repeat the same prompts every week

Keith Rumjahn saved prompts he kept reusing as Codex skills. One takes spoken feature ideas and converts them into tidy Linear tickets. Another downloads his YouTube channel data and suggests improvements, which he says saves 90 minutes every Sunday. Two scheduled automations update his setup from failure logs and from his conversations. He credits part of a jump in views to acting on the suggestions.

Steps

  1. Notice which prompts you repeat each week.
  2. Save each one as a skill with clear inputs and output format.
  3. Start with a ticket skill: voice note in, formatted ticket out.
  4. Add an analytics review skill and act on one suggestion at a time.
  5. Review tickets before they are created in your tracker.

Starter prompt

Starter prompt. Change the [brackets] first.

Here is a voice note transcript about a feature: [paste transcript]. Turn it into a ticket for [tracker] with a title, a short problem statement, what done looks like, and any open questions. Show me the ticket before creating it. Do not create, edit or close any ticket without my OK.
