Have an assistant flag late orders, stuck tracking and stock problems
Idea + starter prompt, not run by us yet
For: Online store owners who check orders and stock by hand every day
A store owner linked Claude with their Zendrop account over MCP and uses it to check the store, not to make decisions. It highlights late orders, parcels whose tracking has gone quiet, and stock problems. They say it has been solid and saves a lot of manual checking. They still look at anything important themselves and decide on orders.
Steps
- Connect your store or supplier tool with read access where possible.
- Ask for a daily list of late orders, stalled tracking and low stock.
- Have it explain why each item was flagged.
- Make every order decision yourself.
- Double check important cases in the store before acting.
Starter prompt
Check my store data in [store or supplier tool], read only. List orders that are later than [number] days, shipments whose tracking has not changed in [number] days, and any product where stock has dropped under [number]. For each, give the order or product, what is wrong and a suggested next step. Do not cancel, refund, edit or message anyone. I will decide what to do.
