Score new prospects and draft short email sequences for approval
Idea + starter prompt, not run by us yet
For: Small sales teams who want steady outbound without writing every email by hand
A tool called getSalesClaw searches Apollo.io plus job listings two times a day, looking for companies that fit a target profile. It scores each lead from 0 to 100 and drops the weak ones. Claude writes a three-email sequence for each good lead, sending the second on day 3 and the third on day 7. Someone can sign off on each email before it is sent. The source shows no results.
Steps
- Write down your ideal customer profile in plain words.
- Ask Claude to score a small list of leads from 0 to 100 and explain each score.
- Have it draft a three email sequence for the top leads only.
- Approve every email yourself before sending.
- Warm up a new sending domain slowly, since volume needs to ramp over weeks.
Starter prompt
Here is my ideal customer profile: [profile]. Here is a list of leads: [paste list or file name]. Score each lead from 0 to 100 against the profile and give a one line reason. Drop anyone under [threshold]. For the rest, draft a short three email sequence: a first email, a follow-up for day 3 and one for day 7. Do not send anything. Put everything in a table for me to review and approve one by one.
