One commenter uploads SEO, social, Google Analytics and Search Console reports to Claude each month with plenty of business context, and gets a monthly update report. Another watches Reddit, Quora and X for people ready to buy, then has Claude draft replies in a matching tone for a person to check before posting.

Steps

1. Write a context note about your business, goals and recent campaigns.
2. Export the month's reports and upload them with the note.
3. Paste the starter prompt and check the key numbers against the exports.
4. Add the product knowledge and history Claude lacks before you share the report.
5. Read every forum reply draft and post it yourself.

Here is context about my business: [goals, products, campaigns this month]. I am uploading this month's reports from [list sources].

Write a one-page monthly update: what changed, the likely reasons, and three things to try next month. Quote the numbers you used and name the report each came from.

Mark any point where you are guessing. Do not post or send this report anywhere.
