Find companies that are hiring and draft recruiting outreach
Idea + starter prompt, not run by us yet
For: Recruitment agency owners who hunt for companies ready to hire
A recruiting agency owner linked Claude to data, email and CRM tools, then gave plain criteria such as company size, recent job openings, fresh funding and a hiring manager to contact. Claude pulled hiring signals, found and checked contacts, wrote briefs and drafted outreach angles. Another recruiter uses it to clean and sort rough lists.
Steps
- Write your target criteria in plain words.
- Start with a small batch to check the quality of the signals.
- Check whether each signal is current, since commenters warned signals can be late or noisy.
- Review and edit every message before sending.
Starter prompt
Find companies that match: [location], [employee range], at least [number] open roles posted recently, and [other signals such as recent funding]. For each company, give me: why it fits, the source link for each signal, the likely hiring contact and one outreach angle. Start with [10] companies and show me the list. Mark any signal older than [time]. Do not send messages or add anything to [CRM] until I approve.
