Fill in a batch of forms from public company information

Idea + starter prompt, not run by us yet

For: Office staff handed a stack of similar forms that each need different details

A worker had 50 different insurance forms, each with its own fields, and had Claude fill them in using only public information from company websites. They proofread every form and found them accurate. They estimate it would have taken over an hour by hand, compared with about five minutes using Claude.

Steps

  1. Check your workplace AI rules and use public information only.
  2. Gather the forms and the public sources in one place.
  3. Paste the starter prompt and try one form first.
  4. Proofread every form before it goes anywhere.

Starter prompt

Starter prompt. Change the [brackets] first.

I need to fill in [number] forms. Each form is in [folder]. Use only public information from [list of company websites or sources].

Start with one form. Fill each field and list the source for each answer. Leave a field blank and flag it if you cannot find a public source.

Show me the first form before doing the rest. Do not submit any form. I will proofread each one.
