Draft a tailored job outreach email for each role on your list
Idea + starter prompt, not run by us yet
For: Job seekers sending many outreach emails who want each one matched to the role
Pratyush Pandey uploaded a spreadsheet of LinkedIn leads and his resume to Cowork. It wrote one email per role, matching the job description to his resume, and saved each one as a Gmail draft. Outreach that took hours took minutes.
Steps
- Make a spreadsheet with one row per role: name, company, role and job description or link.
- Upload it with your latest resume.
- Paste the starter prompt and review the first three drafts closely.
- Fix any claim that is not in your resume, then send each email yourself.
Starter prompt
I am uploading [leads spreadsheet] and my resume. For each row, write a short email to the contact about the role. Match two or three points from my resume to the job description. Only use facts that are in my resume. Show me the first three drafts before doing the rest. After I approve, save each email as a draft in Gmail. Do not send any email.
